"The presentation focuses on recent developments in Italian corporate law. Preliminarily, I will introduce the legal sources of Italian corporate law and the different types of Italian companies, describing the main differences. I will then focus on the new regulations on the Golden Power Regulation and the recent innovations in the Code of Corporate Governance.
