Dr. Cecilia Carrara will discuss several recent developments in Italian corporate law. After a general introduction on the main types of companies under Italian law and their corporate governance principles, Dr. Carrara will focus on the new rules on golden powers and internal auditing bodies, as well as on the recent trends on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
