The two reports on your dissertation have to be sent to the Prüfungsbüro at least three weeks (during the semester) or five weeks (during the semester break) before the planned date of the defence.

The reports have to have an original signature (as a hard copy or by fax or the signed original scanned and sent as a PDF via mail attachement). Please note that you will have to inform the Prüfungsbüro of the exact date of your defence, specifying the location and time, at least three weeks beforehand (or five weeks during the semester break).
