Learning goals
After the workshop the participants will have

• developed priorities for their research, teaching and self-governance,
• developed strategies for balancing these priorities,
• learned about concepts and tools of time management that help them reconcile their different tasks,
• developed ideas for linking research and teaching.

Methods
Workshops in the DCAT teaching qualification program are learner-centered and action-oriented. They work with varying social forms, exercises, group work, reflection and feedback; participants are thus given the opportunity to directly deepen and actively practice what they have learned.
