The workshop presents current requirements of publishers for data publication. Participants receive information on data selection and publishing possibilities. The edoc institutional repository is used to illustrate the data publication process.
This is highly relevant since publishers like SpringerNature, Wiley, PLOS and others started to implement data sharing policies in recent years. In addition to the traditional supplement to a journal article, authors are enforced or encouraged to publish data independently from research results in data repositories or data journals.
Open to all doctoral candidates within the Berlin University Alliance.
