Research Internships

 

Research internships are offered regularly within the framework of the FU Berlin‘s concepts for the future for the research focus of the Berlin Byzantine Studies: Students are actively included in finding and discussing research questions in ongoing research projects in which they can apply and test practically their knowledge of work methodologies in a self-driven learning process.

The byzantine teaching project “The Digitization of Philology – The Corpus Coranicum Christianum was officially honored by the President of the Freie Universität Berlin, Mr. Prof. Dr. Peter-André Alt, on the 09.02.2017 in the context of the award for the central teaching prize 2016. The fruits of the project have been reworked into a course that will be offered starting in the winter semester of 2017/18 (LV-Nr. 16280).
