Information for applicants
Please apply exclusively via the online application platform for the positions and scholarships advertised each fall. Unsolicited applications cannot be considered.
All formally eligible applications undergo an internal review process in November. Based on two rounds of evaluation, the selection committee identifies candidates to be invited for interviews. Applicants whose submissions cannot be considered for formal reasons will also be notified.
During the interviews, which take place in February/March, each applicant gives a 5–10 minute presentation of their project, followed by a 10–15 minute discussion. The prospective supervisors indicated in the application are also invited to attend. There is no need to bring your application documents to the interview.
Applicants will be informed of the outcome shortly after the selection process has concluded.
