Dahlem Lectures in Linguistics
Zu den Dahlem Lectures in Linguistics (DLL) des Dahlem Center for Linguistics (ehemahls iZEUS) laden wir Forscherinnen und Forscher aus dem In- und Ausland ein, um über aktuelle Themen der Sprachwissenschaft zu sprechen. Wir diskutieren unter anderem über grammatische Phänomene und ihre Erklärungen, linguistische Theorien und Methoden, die soziale Einbettung von Sprache sowie Aspekte des Sprachwandels. Ein weiteres wichtiges Thema ist für uns die wissenschaftliche Integration der Erkenntnisse aus Neuro-, Psycho- und Computerlinguistik und traditioneller Grammatiktheorie.
Semestereröffnung: Linguistik im November
Unsere Veranstaltungsreihe zur Eröffnung des Studienjahrs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dahlem Humanities Center: Linguistik im November. Jedes Jahr im November organisieren wir eine Podiumsdiskussion zu einem aktuellen und gesellschaftlich relevanten Thema.
