Dear students, lecturers, and researchers,

As part of the Berlin Science Week 2025, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft warmly invites you to an inspiring afternoon of research and discovery on
Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
at the Fraunhofer Forum Berlin (SpreePalais, Anna-Louisa-Karsch-Str. 2, 10178 Berlin).

Under the theme “Your Invitation to the Adventure of Research”, the event offers interactive exhibits, hands-on science activities, and engaging insights into Fraunhofer’s current work:

 

🚀 Exploring Space as a Laboratory for the Future
Discover how smart space technologies developed by the Fraunhofer Space Alliance contribute to protecting our planet.

🤖 “Orbit Buddies – Beyond Interaction” (Fraunhofer HHI)
Take part in an interactive smartphone challenge and explore how humans and machines can interact in new ways.

💧 “H₂ – The Journey”
Test your knowledge about hydrogen and learn more about this key technology for a sustainable future.

 

Workshops on Artificial Intelligence:

  • 2:30–3:00 p.m.: Generative AI – How do ChatGPT & Co. actually work?
  • 3:00–3:30 p.m.: When Language Meets AI – How smart are today’s language models?

Participation is free of charge, and registration is required only for the workshops.
