- Providing assistance to the Department Head, especially with regards to the course offerings for the coming semester
- Providing assistance in teaching and examination matters, preparing teaching agreements, cooperation with the Curriculum Coordinator, collating lecturers' data pertaining to the courses they have taught and managing data in Evento
- In charge of personnel attendance, above all vacation and holiday entitlements, sick leave and return-to-work notifications and special leave
- In charge of the electronic locking system, distrbution of transponders and extension of their validity
- Updating the mailing lists
- Handling correspondence and institutional inquiries
