Providing assistance to the Department Head, especially with regards to the course offerings for the coming semester

Providing assistance in teaching and examination matters, entering and managing pertinent data in Evento, preparing teaching agreements, and whenever necessary, facilitating room bookings, working with the Curriculum Coordinator, collating lecturers' data pertaining to the courses they have taught.

In charge of personnel attendance, above all vacation, health notices and maternity and/or paternal leave

In charge of the electronic locking system, distrbution of transponders and extension of their validity
Updating the mailing lists -
Handling correspondence and all inquiries, as well as forwarding general information
