Diversity describes the recognition and appreciation of the incredible diversity amongst people. It is concerned with respecting the differences between ourselves and simultaneously deconstructing the barriers that stand in the way of fair and equal participation. At the Free University Berlin, antidiscrimination is an integral part of our understanding of diversity.
