PhD Project Mastery 2: Classical Project Management for Advanced Productivity in your Doctorate

15.02.2027 | 09:00 - 13:00

Would you like to gain a better overview of your doctoral project, gain control of it, and work more pro-ductively? Then this workshop series offers many practical approaches and tips. What they all have in common is that they are borrowed from project management and have been optimized for use in a doc-torate. You will thus learn the fundamentals of productive planning and working that are used world-wide. However, we don’t want to remain purely theoretical; instead, we will consistently focus on your research project and apply all exercises to your specific situation.

Content

  • Content and goal planning, as well as breaking everything down into manageable tasks
  • Traditional structuring and overview planning, including Gantt charts
  • Analysis of key influencing factors and risks

This event is part of the series "PhD Project Mastery: Agile, Planning & Communication". It consists of three consecutive workshops held over three successive weeks.
