 les—it also involves reflecting on the ethical dimensions of research and o
 ne’s own responsibility as a researcher. This highly interactive workshop i
 ntroduces the principles of good scientific practice and explores how scien
 tific knowledge is shaped by values\, perspectives\, and disciplinary cultu
 res. You will work with examples from your own research\, exchange experien
 ces with doctoral researchers from different disciplines\, and discuss typi
 cal ethical challenges in academic practice. Through guided discussions\, c
 ollaborative exercises\, and case analyses\, you will develop strategies fo
 r dealing with complex situations in research. Combining research integrity
  with perspectives from the philosophy of science\, the workshop encourages
  critical reflection on scientific norms and their relevance to participant
 s’ own work.
