Gabriele Brandstetter received Honorary Doctorate
We are very pleased to announce that our co-director Gabriele Brandstetter has been awarded an honorary doctorate by the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. With this award, the University honors the life's work and outstanding scientific achievement of Gabriele Brandstetter. As a scholar, she has not only played a decisive role in shaping the field of dance and theater studies in Germany over the past decades, but has also played a decisive role in the international institutionalization of dance and movement studies.
